Across our Academy, goalkeepers will receive specialised training from our elite GK coaches alongside other aspiring keepers. EVO goalkeeper training runs for 30 weeks across school terms 1, 2 & 3 and provides a platform for shot stoppers to be further educated, engage with and be challenged through their respective phase of development (Skill Acquisition, Game Training and Performance Phase)

The FET Academy
Methodology
Year-round programming including technical sessions, game training and optional off-season. No long gaps where development stalls.
Ongoing assessment, video analysis and individual learning plans .
Curriculum designed and delivered by EVO's full-time staff — professionals who coach football every day, not volunteers.
Players compete through Wanneroo City SC in official sanctioned competitions ~ real, meaningful matches throughout the season. Our players play twice the amount of real meaningful matches compared to your average Perth footballer.

As enrolment does not automatically "roll-over" we do need an EOI from everyone that is interested in training with us in the 2026 season.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ACADEMY ENROLMENT AND REGISTRATION

Duration: The Academy training season is a 30-week season that runs over Terms 1, 2 and 3 (dates as per the Department of Education public school calendar) with optional off-season programs in Term 4. The enrolment period is also for the 30 week season (or the remaining weeks left in the 30 week period if you start after training commences in Term 1).

Commitment: Minimum 2 sessions per week, with flexibility to train more.

Training Locations: Multiple hubs across Perth, including Alkimos, Girrawheen, Padbury, Duncraig, Wangara and Wanneroo.

Academy Fixtures: Intra-academy and external friendly training matches are built into the program.
