The Program
The Academy-Club model
EVO Academy-Club is a full-time development program for players who are committed to improving their football. It runs alongside official competition through our club partner, Wanneroo City SC, giving players both the structured development environment and the competitive outlet they need to grow year-round.
Entry is by EOI and trial. We look at attitude, coach-ability and potential — not just current ability. Squads will be deliberately small — we'd rather give fewer players an exceptional experience than spread thin across a large group.
Year-round programming including technical sessions, game training and optional off-season. No long gaps where development stalls.
Ongoing assessment, video analysis and individual learning plans .
Curriculum designed and delivered by EVO's full-time staff — professionals who coach football every day, not volunteers.
Players compete through Wanneroo City SC in official sanctioned competitions ~ real, meaningful matches throughout the season. Our players play twice the amount of real meaningful matches compared to your average Perth footballer.

Selected players enrol and register with Wanneroo City SC to compete in official competition.

We strongly encourage players to attend all four trial sessions.
Attending multiple sessions gives our coaches the best opportunity to assess each player’s ability, attitude, coachability and development potential.
We understand that attending every session may not be possible. New players must attend at least one trial session to be considered for team selection.
IMPORTANT: New players who do not attend a trial session will not be considered for an Academy-Club team in 2027.
CURRENT EVO PLAYERS
Players currently enrolled in an EVO program do not need to book or attend these trial sessions. Our coaching team will assess current EVO players during their regular training sessions.
If you are currently enrolled with EVO and make a trial booking, the booking will be cancelled. You do not need to take any further action.
