The Program
The Academy-Club model
EVO Academy-Club is a full-time development program for players who are committed to improving their football. It runs alongside official competition through our club partner, Wanneroo City SC, giving players both the structured development environment and the competitive outlet they need to grow year-round.
Entry is by EOI and trial. We look at attitude, coachability and potential — not just current ability. Squads are deliberately small — we'd rather give fewer players an exceptional experience than spread thin across a large group.
Year-round programming including technical sessions, game training and optional off-season. No long gaps where development stalls.
Ongoing assessment, video analysis and individual learning plans .
Curriculum designed and delivered by EVO's full-time staff — professionals who coach football every day, not volunteers.
Players compete through Wanneroo City SC in official sanctioned competitions ~ real, meaningful matches throughout the season. Our players play twice the amount of real meaningful matches compared to your average Perth footballer.
