EVO FOOTBALL TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Registration Fees
(a) Fees can be paid in full (cash, bank transfer, or payment link) or via an instalment plan (credit card only).
(b) Instalment plans cannot be changed once authorised.
2. Cooling-Off Period
(a) Cancel within 48 hours of enrolment = full refund.
(b) After this period, no refunds apply (see Refund Policy below).
3. Instalment Payments
(a) Instalment plans are offered in good faith.
(b) If withdrawing early, this admin fee is forfeited.
EVO reserves the right to waive the admin fee at its discretion.
4. Withdrawal & Payment Plans
(a) Withdrawing requires two weeks’ notice.
If a player withdraws, unused fees are credited (not refunded).
(b) For long-term medical injuries, payments may be paused and unused fees credited (medical certificate required).
(c) If fees paid don’t yet cover the training already attended, kit, or other costs (e.g. match fees), the instalment plan will continue until this amount is covered.
5. Refund Policy
(a) No refunds are issued after the cooling-off period.
(b) Refunds are only considered in cases of long-term medical conditions with a valid certificate.
Otherwise, all unused fees are returned as credits only.
6. Credits
(a) All credits are issued as coupon codes to be redeemed at checkout for future EVO services (including kits, private sessions, or training fees).
(b) Credits cannot be applied to transactions or instalments already processed.
(c) Credits cannot be applied to recurring payments on an instalment plan once this has been set up and the repayment amount agreed to and finalised through checkout.
(d) Unused balances can be transferred to a new code by contacting Admin via email at info@evofootball.com.au
(e) Credits are transferable to siblings/family members.
